Dallas County Home Chemical Collection Center (HC3)

Free drop-off for residents of Dallas, Garland, Irving, Mesquite, Richardson and 10 other member cities plus unincorporated Dallas County. Bring your license and a utility bill. Everyone else pays at least $100. Open Tuesday to Thursday and two Saturdays a month.
