How to book

On set pickup days listed on CWD's 2026 Melissa calendar. Up to once a month.

You need an appointment.

Call CWD at 972-392-9300, option 2, at least two weeks ahead. CWD mails you a kit. Set it by your front door by 7am on your pickup day.

Good to know

Use only the bag CWD mails you and close it tight. Do not put pool chemicals in the bag, since they can start a fire. Put electronics, car batteries and fluorescent tubes in a cardboard box next to the bag. Set it by your front door or garage where it can be seen from the street, never at the curb.
