Keller Door-Side Hazardous Waste Pickup (CWD)
Keller households can have paint, chemicals, car fluids, batteries, bulbs and electronics picked up at the door once a month, on the second or fourth Friday. Call CWD at 817-795-9300 at least two weeks ahead for a kit. The cost is part of your garbage bill.

Second and fourth Friday of each month. Holiday weeks move: Saturday, November 28 and Saturday, December 26, 2026.
You need an appointment.
Call CWD at 817-795-9300 at least two weeks ahead and ask for Door-side Collection. CWD mails you a kit with a bag. Set it by your front door by 7am on your pickup day.

Good to know
Use only the bag CWD sends and close it tight. Do not put pool chemicals in the bag, since they can start a fire. Put electronics, car batteries and fluorescent tubes in a cardboard box next to the bag. Set it by your front door or garage where it can be seen from the street, never at the curb.

Where their pages disagree
- Keller's accepted list (Exhibit B) includes swimming pool chemicals. CWD's Keller instructions: do not fill the bag with pool chemicals, as this can start a fire. We followed: pool_chemicals kept in categories; the bag warning is in notes.
